- Can the general public shop online and in-store?
Yes, the general public can shop online or in-store. There is no need to register an account when shopping in-store and the price you see is the price you pay.
- Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No. You can spend as much or as little as you like either in-store or online.
- Are prices including VAT?
Prices in the showroom are including VAT. For prices on the website, check the top-right corner to see if the VAT toggle is on/off. If the toggle is off, prices are excluding VAT. If the toggle is on, prices are including VAT.
- I can’t find the product I’m looking for online or in-store.
If you can’t find what you’re looking for online or in-store, please get in touch with us and we’ll try our best to source the product you’re looking for.
- Can a Representative come and see me?
Please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help you with this.
- Goods in my delivery are damaged. What should I do?
We try our best to package items safely. However, due to the fragile nature of the items we sell, there are occasional breakages. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery via email, along with pictures of the item and we will happily sort the issue out.
- I need an item urgently. Can you deliver?
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 working days. However, if you require an item more urgently, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to advise regarding this.
- Do you have a product catalogue?
If you are a trade-customer, please contact us via email or phone and we will happily arrange to send a product catalogue to you.
