The True Manufacturing TSSU-48-12-HC Refrigerated Prep Table is a high-performance food storage and preparation unit designed for commercial kitchens, delis, and food service establishments. Featuring a spacious 48-inch width, this prep table provides ample space for ingredient storage and preparation. It includes 12 (1/6-size) clear polycarbonate food pans, each measuring 6–7/8″ L x 6–1/4″ W x 4″ D, ideal for holding various toppings and condiments.
The 11–3/4″ deep, 1/2″ thick, full-length removable cutting board offers a durable and sanitary surface for food preparation. Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, and ends, along with a corrosion-resistant GalFan coated steel back, this unit ensures long-lasting durability and easy maintenance.
The self-contained refrigeration system utilizes environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, maintaining temperatures between 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) in the food pans and cabinet interior. The clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel floor with coved corners allow for easy cleaning and hygiene maintenance.
